1973- Terence J. Weldon purchases Oliver Adjustment Company, Inc. Wisconsin Collectors Association President 1973. 1995- Frederick C. Quandt buys OAC and becomes the new CEO. Wisconsin Collectors Association President 2005. Since 1995, Fred has successfully grown OAC from the smallest agency in the Milwaukee Metro area to it's current status as a well-respected collection agency. 2007- OAC formally doing business as "Oliver Adjustments Company, Inc." OAC effective as of January 1, 2007 All of OAC's CEO's past and present, have believed that involvement in a trade association ensures the company will continue to be on the cutting edge of legislation, rules, regulations, technology and trends relating to the industry. Therefore, all four CEO's have been President for our state trade organization - Wisconsin Collectors Association. TODAY
Today - Fred is President / CEO. He is committed to customer service, taking the lead with technological advances and employee training. As rules and regulations evolve and debtors become more sophisticated, OAC remains on the cutting edge of training and technology, hiring the best people to continue raising the bar for our organization and our industry.
